Buyers Shouldn't Wait on Falling Prices
I came across an interesting article from the Wall Street Journal telling why waiting for prices to fall may not be wise. Anybody who says they will wait for prices to come down should watch interest rates and do the math!
Did you know that on your monthly payments, you would need a 10% reduction in price to offset an increase of 1% in interest rate now?
