I feel that my success as a top producer is directly attributed to my unique holistic perspective to the process of buying and selling homes. Real Estate is one of the most important purchases that an individual will undertake. I believe that people are purchasing an environment, which will act as the foundations from which they will live and grow.

My clients often come into the process without a defined goal. I assist them in giving form to the best potential home and area to fit their intended lifestyle. I know that taking the time to educate my buyers and sellers ensures that they will make the best possible choices. I do this by educating my clients on the current trends in the marketplace by using the latest statistics in our area. I believe that no matter the market we find ourselves in, real estate is always a sound investment now and for the future. Knowing where you fit in the current market is key to intelligent decision making.

My style is straightforward and sincere. I believe that my job is to bring the right properties together with the right buyers through a fair negotiation. If I have done my job perfectly, there is never a need for me to attempt to "sell" a property. This is why the cornerstone of my business is my satisfied customers. My priorities are truly simple... because they're yours!

I have a background in business, interior design, home organization and western feng shui. Whether it be in setting the stage for a home to sell or visualizing a home with ones own sense of personal style, having a creative eye for design to assist the process is an invaluable tool.

I am a proud member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. I specialize in historic, antique and vintage homes on Cape Cod, as it is an area that I am truly passionate about. I treasure being a part of the process of bringing new caretakers together with properties that are so richly filled with our past and their future.

In addition to Historic Properties, I have a wealth of experience in Residential Sales, Cape Cod Waterfront properties and Vacation Homes, which are often purchased with Retirement in mind. I am also quite adept at facilitating buyers in relocating to our wonderful peninsula. I take pride in knowing that I am able to assist in making their move as seamless as possible.

I am proud to be a local Cape Codder, enthusiastically involved in the community through local nonprofit organizations that reach out to into our neighborhoods. I reside in a home shared with my husband, children and two dogs in the Barnstable village of Osterville.
