REAL ESTATE IS LOCAL . .

Now, more than ever, this phrase holds true! Everywhere we go, people want to talk about real estate- real estate in general- real estate on Cape Cod- real estate in Sandwich. Each town, each village, even each street can be different!

The most asked question is: Is anything selling?
The answer is: Yes- and I have statistics to prove it.

There is heightened concern for the real estate market as a result of the financial crisis. But remember this:

Simply put - The sales have been steady on Cape Cod - The sellers are adjusting to the market - All price ranges are selling - Cape Cod has never relied on large industry to sustain us - People have chosen to purchase here because of the lifestyle - Cape Cod has much to offer the first time buyers, the second home buyers, the retirees, the investor.
