The Best Time of the Year on Cape Cod!

For many year-round residents early Fall is absolutely the best time of the year. The weather is calm, sunny, dry and very comfortable. Most of the summer residents and visitors have left our shores and we have the entire Cape to ourselves - well, ourselves and those visitors who know what it's like here in September and October.

Early Fall is also the time when many house hunters come back to buy. They tend to look in the Spring and Summer, but buy in the Fall up until Thanksgiving, after which things really start to slow down here. That's when many Capers head for vacation spots themselves. This is an extremely hardworking community through the months when others are vacationing and we all really appreciate the break we get during the winter months.

Fall is also a time when home sellers are starting to get a little anxious if their properties have not sold, so it may also be a time when they are more open to price negotiation.
