Priced Right For You

Property that is priced right is selling on Cape Cod.

Just this month, our team closed on a house that we had on the market for just two days, when the first offer was presented. On the seventh day, OTHERS REST, not at Jack Conway; we received a second offer, presented it to the seller and it was accepted.

The closing was completed within 45 days of the original listing date.

When the team arrived, we discussed with the seller, that we had two prices in mind. The first was "as is condition" and the second was with many upgrades.

A good marketing plan was presented and accepted by the seller. The house sold at 97% of the asking price.
